Does someone else have this bug that the flowports are not visible?
Should i try updating the Eclipse IDE version?

Hello,
I confirm the bug on Eclipse 2022-12, with Papyrus 6.3 and the current release of SysML 1.6. Papyrus Team will plan to adapt SysML 1.6 to the new Papyrus dependencies.
