I am new in Eclipse after I manage to setup all the environment to be able to compile with GNU ARM Compiler and Using Nucleo Board STM32F401RE board on window 10. I am able to compile and flash the LED 2 to blink.

Then, I try to install GNU ARM OpenOCD debug but I face the adaptor Speed 2000KHz versus 1800 KHz issue. I tried using Zadig 2.7 to replace the WinUSB driver on the STLINK (debug interface 0) to lib-USB but installation failed.

Is that any light what direction to fix this issue. The Nucleo board is genuine.
