I live in Cuba and I really want to introduce this module to overshadow:

I have seen that it is hindered for Cuba for political reasons. Therefore, I can't introduce it online as made sense of here:

I previously attempted to introduce it disconnected, downloading the .zip utilizing a VPN, however I can't do it from the STS rendition of Eclipse.

Does anybody has at least some idea how to advise obscuration to peruse through a VPM like TOR?

TOR is not a VPN. You'll most likely need to use a browser with built-in support to make use of it.
