What do you mean by API parsing?
Eclipse Acceleo for example can deal with the SysML 1.6 stereotypes,

Hello, I want to parse the model information and graph information of sysml1.6, but I don't want to parse the .uml file and .profile file directly. Is there a better way?

The files suffixed with uml contain the model information, the files suffixed with notation contain the diagram information. Both are XML files that can be displayed with any text editor.
