I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this issue, but i just registered to do so, and i couldn't find a better place on my own. I downloaded the instaler OpenJDK11U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.15_10.msi from adoptium archive, and the checksum listed on the page is: 866edfc9c0bb2c88b5648626af3bf82513f56d072721d0d517de5797fd829fef

and i calculated the checksum on the installer using windows powershell:
OpenJDK11U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.15_10.msi
Certutil -HashFile .\OpenJDK11U-jdk_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.15_10.msi SHA256
The result was: 083082efde2ebc3989549b350a6b2ada77713d58fb7e489f2ba23a34da387094

Can someone else verify this? where could i report this issue?

Thanks for yout help!
