I am experiencing an issue wherein the MQTT broker rejects clients request for reconnection with the below error message in the log file

2022-04-20T00:03:21: New connection from 12.435.3.657:42494 on port 8883.
2022-04-20T00:03:21: Client <unknown> disconnected: Unknown error.

Here 12.435.3.657 (masked) is the clients IP address. Initially, when the MQTT client starts it connects to the broker fine. Afterwards, the client reconnects successfully for some time before the broker starts showing the error. Thereafter, the client keeps on retrying and is unsuccessful . As clear in the error message the connection request is to the secured port ( 'tlsv1.2' ).

I am unable to find the cause for this issue and is unable to replicate it. Also, I am unaware how to capture details for this error as setting 'log_type' to all in broker config yields the same error message.

Would appreciate help on this issue.
Thanks.
