How can I know the specific usage of each function block? It seems that there are no instructions for each default function block anywhere. I really need an instruction about those FBs. Please help me, thanks.

Unfortunately this is our weakest point. The blocks in the event directory are explained in the IEC 61499-1 Annex A and in the book Modelling Control Systems Using IEC 61499. The FBs in the IEC 61131-3 directory in the IEC 61131-3 standard. I know this is not ideal. We are happy for any support on improving this situation. We are also working on more infrastructure that you can better provide documentation for FBs but this will take some more time.
