Looking at the developer documentation https://wiki.eclipse.org/Papyrus/Papyrus_Developer_Guide/Build_Process, it only tells about CI/CD... I want to build and package papyrus from source however. Is there any guide I'm missing? Or can anyone give some directions on how to build Papyrus from source?

Hello,
once you cloned the papyrus git, yuo have a README file at the root of the git. You will find the instruction for compilation with maven. (so you also need to have installed maven on your computer.)
