Hello, I can see scout repositories on Maven are with version 22, no beta.

When is planned release date of version 22?

Well observed ;-)

The release will be shipped with the Eclipse release 2022-03 that is planned for Wednesday, March 16, 2022.
The 22.0.0 build was a release candidate, the final release will be built this week.
