Installing Software failed [message #1850313]

I downloaded linuxtools-docker-4.6.0.zip and wanted to install the plugins in the zip file into eclipse rcp 2020-03.

I followed the installing software wizard in eclipse and it throwed the following error messages:

This latest error is the kind that happens when a site's content metadata and artifact metadata are not in sync with each other. Perhaps Window -> Preferences -> Oomph -> Bundle Pools... -> Clear Cache... will force all the sites to reload such that they are all properly in sync.
