Hi,
I want to use meson plugin in eclipse (202109 C/C++) but get "No Toolchain found for Target Local".
When no GCC found on path I get the error or 32bit version of the GCC is on the path.
But when if use 64-bit version of mingw (x86_64-w64-mingw32), no error is generated and meson will work.

I've noticed project will issue "gcc -v" command after creation and looks for "Target: xxxx" . In my case if xxxx=x86_64-w64-mingw32, no error is generated.

I think issue is based on selecting a "Toolchain". When "Arch" value of the gcc is "i686" or is empty, error is generated.
If I add a dummy toolchain from Window|Preferences|C/C++|Core Build Toolchains
with OS=win32 and Arch="x86_64", error will be disappear (for newly added projects).
