A fresh installation of Eclipse 2021-09 comes with Wild Web Developer

What does Eclipse Web Developer Tools give me in addition?
Is it now obsolete by the WWD?

That depends on what you're trying to do (Wild Web Developer has a much narrower scope), and how you feel
about having user preferences actually in the UI.
