Menus on Windows 11 looks too thin [message #1845093]

Hi there!

Yesterday was released Windows 11, I updated my PC but I noticed that some menu applications (specially Java applications) look a little strange. I'm not sure if the bug comes from Java or Windows (I think it comes from Windows but I'm not sure they'll do something to solve it).

I attache you two images that show the menus. Specially when the menu option have an icon, the issue is more visible:

Please report any issues you see with Windows 11 at Platform UI or SWT https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Platform. Eclipse was not extensively tested on the new Windows yet.
