The save actions should support an execution of an External tool. Specifically, I would like to execute prettier whenever I save a Java file. I know, that we have formatters and all, but these are Eclipse specific and are hard or impossible to make work same as in other IDE. An external tool like prettier can be configured to work exactly the same when you run it from Eclipse, IntelliJ, VS Code, vi, emacs or whatever.
