Hi,

I am using SUMO on Windows PC. Everything was running fine. Just after restarting the PC, I am getting the following error.

"Could not connect to TraCI server at localhost:61099 [WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

I tried to uninstall the software and reinstall it but it is still returning the same error. I have also tried to change the localhost port but it didn't work.

Please advise.
