Hi everyone, i just start to learn Sirius and just finished the startertutorial (https://wiki.eclipse.org/Sirius/Tutorials/StarterTutorial).
Right now i am trying to build a Sequence Diagram on my own, here comes the problem:
When i am trying to instantiate a representation with Sirius, this pops up "This Diagram may need to be refreshed before opening. Would you like to refresh it now?"
1. If i click "ok" this window will pop up again.
2. if i click "no" this window will disappear, but nothing will happen.

have anyone seen this before?

That will help me a lot!

Hi,

Sequence diagrams are several requirements and particularities/constraints compared to standard diagrams.
Did you check the dedicated specifier guide ?
It is available at https://www.eclipse.org/sirius/doc/specifier/sequences/Sequence%20Diagrams.html

It references a sample based on uml and available in UML Designer, but in the Sirius code base, you will also find the Interaction sample (metamodel and vsm).

If you encounter this errors, this means that there are several unplanned errors in your sequence diagram definitions (maybe around the ordering, maybe around the mappings).
A first idea could be to validate the odesign using the dedicated menu and then to take a look to the specifier guide and to the two samples.
