I wanted to know what Eclipse foundation thinks about this letter, RMS and this situation in general.

If Eclipse foundation has a neutral view on both letters (the one by OSI and the one supporting RMS) it would be great if foundation lets both sides use a topic at eclipse forums to discuss about the situation
