For example "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers" .Zip Package includes a JRE too, not only the Installer!
2. "Eclipse\readme\readme_eclipse.html" know that a JRE is including now?

That's confusing me.

Why now?
Couldn't find anything about this change.

edit: here I found a package without(all). Wounderful.
