Issues when saving from CDT Editor. [message #1835331]

After doing some modifications directly in the CDT editor, I'm getting this dialog complaining that the modified file doesn't exist and there can be seen clearly that the file exists in the project.

index.php/fa/39436/0/

Then, when clicking OK, it complaints that the file exists and if I want to overwrite it, which is contradictory.

I can not reproduce this error. Can you reproduce it? If yes, which are the steps?
