I'm getting these comments and method return values generated automatically. It happens every time I save the papyrus project.

And when I look into the parameter's properties, it is just an infinite stream of empty comment icons.

Does anybody know why this is? Seems like a bug.

Likely a bug of model update during synchronization from CDT. I'll have a look - it's good to get some feedback on this functionality.
