Hi all,
Very new to Eclipse, not from developing but from setup and implementation for our users. Our environment details:
I have setup a shared instance on a network share where our users run eclipse from, I pre downloaded all plugins required to the share and then changed the config files for the users to have their own config etc. The problem I have though is how can I set the proxy in the shared instance for all users. Every time I start Eclipse I get a prompt for proxy authentication. On the previous version 2018-12 (4.10.0) there is not proxy authentication prompt. I have researched and users can set their own proxy details, but that means that every time they change their password they need to update the details in eclipse also, Our users dont like that very much :) Am I missing something here in the config?
