I was trying to build a transformation on ATL project where the Meta model can be exported from EcoreTools or Papyrus Profile!
For Papyrus there is a plugin so I can add papyrus model in my ATL meta model but problem was I couldnot find a way to export the .uml papyrus file as .ecore.

For Ecore Tools I didn't find any way to import the meta model drawn in Ecoretools to ATL project.
