No, this is not implemeted
But in most cases, RPL are instantiated only a few times in the architecture, so I guess that's why it has not been implemented
What is your use case ?

Yes I agree with you but sometime we have to instantiate several time the same RPL. So I would like to write some code to make it possible. It seems a difficult to do this. Do you know how to do this? Thanks

Probably an accelerator could be developed to handle this case. This will require some development indeed. Capella provides a Java API and an environment to develop extensions, Capella Studio. You may want to check that.
