The Arduino Sloeber plug-in attempts to access a non-existing file from the Arduino website (http://downloads.arduino.cc/cores/ArduinoCore-mbed-nonexistent.tar.bz2) and stops the startup after receiveing a 404 response.

Is there a way out?
