Marketplace entry missing [message #1832963]

I try to install the plugin DevStyle (https://marketplace.eclipse.org/content/darkest-dark-theme) in my Eclipse 4.6 (Rational Developer for i by IBM).
After installation I lost the entries "Marketplace client", "Install new software" from the help menu.
I see this entries only if I run "as administrator".
Anyone can help me?
