BIRT Report: Fix Marker Line on y-axis which is used as target line [message #1832890]

I am using eclipse to create a BIRT Report. My Birt Report includes a chart and in this chart I have added lines using marker function to define the min and max target lines (on Y-axis). But the marker lines are changing: I mean lines are not staying fixed at values which i provided in marker function.

How to fix them. Thank you very much in advance. I have looked for similar posts, but i came across mostly regarding the dynamic marker.
