Would it be possible to generate static HTML (e.g. of the Scrum and OPEN UP content) and just host/mirror that to GitHub to be served by GotHub Pages?

Redirects from epf.eclipse.org/wikis/scrum to e.g. eclipse.github.io/epf/wikis/scrum could be easy?

What sort of build process would be necessary to generate static HTML?
