Installing Eclipse IDE 2020-06 on iPad Pro [message #1831774]

As the title and topic description suggest: I have downloaded the MacOS version (x64) onto my iPad and it shows up in my Files app just fine, there is no 'run' option for me to install Eclipse IDE onto my iPad (iPadOS 13.6.1). Is there a iPadOS version I don't know about? The download page automatically detected that my device was apple and gave me the Mac version.
