I am trying to setup Eclipse C/C++ IDE to use with an STM32F103C8T6.

Installed software package for my board and got a warning about missing CMSIS files. Downloaded archive file from github and installed them as per instructions. Help > Install New Software.

I can't find anything to do with STM32 under new projects or new c/c++ projects. Only something called CMSIS Zone Project. After giving my project a name I am prompted to either select device to create resource file from device description or use an existing resource file. The first option just gives a device not found message and the second leaves me scouring my hardrive looking for these .rzone files.

Never used forums or eclipse (mostly used Linux CLI) so help much appreciated.

Thank you.
