I am trying to run the eclipse installer so that I can download the Eclipse Java IDE. I have Java 8 on my computer and JDK 14, but I keep recieving the same error no matter what I try. Any help would be appreciated!

That is likely a 32-bit installation of Java. You'll need a 64-bit installation instead.

I downloaded the version for windows, which should be the 64-bit version.

Your path to javaw.exe is very weird; I've never seen Java at such a location. In any case it being in C:\Program Files (x86)\ strongly suggests it's 32 bit because that's the folder for 32 bit application. Be sure to install a Java labeled "Windows x64" not one labeled "Windows x86".

A home folder with # in the name is just asking for trouble as well...

I appreciate the help; I finally managed to find the 64 but download and I got it to work. As for the folder with the "#", I couldn't change it because the person who used it before me set it as that, but I fixed it by backing up the computer and then resetting it. Thanks again for the help.
