I use the ViPlugin plugin. It includes a command-entry text box widget that I like to keep at the lower left corner of the workspace on the footer tool-bar sort of thing.

However, when I restart, the command-entry text box goes back to the bottom-right corner.

Is this something that can be preserved between restarts? Or is this something controlled by the plugin?
