On a Component Diagram I have two components and want to connect them using an InformationFlow that conveys an InformationItem.
I am trying to do the example from UML 2.5.1 spec, ch. 20.1.5.
How to do that?
Expected to select InformationFlow from Links list, but its not there.

I have also noticed that Information Flows are not supported in Component Diagram. If you create an Information Flow between the components using the context menu in Model Explorer, and then drag it into the diagam, the appearance will be an anonymous node and not a relationship edge... :-(
If not a bug, I would classify it as a shortcoming.

The work around that I have used is to use a Class Diagram instead of a Component Diagram for showing information flows between components. Class Diagrams have much more capabilities than Component Diagrams in Papyrus.
