File Property Options not Displaying in 2020-03 [message #1823592]

I am trying to set the include path for a C++ project to include SDL. When I click properties on my project, I don't get the traditional file menu on the left side. Instead everything is blank. I can still use the search bar to get to where I need to be.

In this case, I need to access settings to change my include path but there are no options showing up...Please see photos.
