I'm using Spring Tool Suite 4.6, based on Eclipse 4.15 on Linux. I got this problem even with 4.14 based version, at least.
Hovering on an element of base java library will show the message

Same thing in javadoc view. If I open the doc with integrated browser, it will be correctly shown.
Same behaviour both with online javadoc source, both with local archive. Validation passed both cases.
