I can change color in the editor window for XML - just fine. But I cannot find a way to change a color in outline tab, showing Schema tree.

Please help. Thanks.

Which colors do you mean? Can you point them out in a screenshot?

Hi,

Screenshot is attached. Color I am talking about - on the right side, in the outline tab.

That's the "Decoration" color, changeable on the "Colors and Fonts" preference page.

I have started with those settings. The problem is - I can't find that (yellow) color in the entire "General"-> "Appearance"->"Color and Fonts" session. Decoration color by default is blue, not yellow.

When selected on the preference page, the Reset button should return that single value to its default, and I do not find that Decoration is blue by default in the included Light theme (which looks like the one you're also using). You are specifically referring to the color used for the distinguishing attributes and text node contents shown in the Outline view, right?

Hmmm... just after restarting eclipse, that "decoration" font goes to blue. Seems like I have changed it, but it was not going through. Usually, after "Apply" I see all changes have been applied, but not for that particular one.

Anyway, the problem is solved, and, yes, indeed it was "decoration" font.

Thanks!
