Hi there

I need a library in the Orbit repository to be updated to a newer version but I'm no Eclipse committer. I do not find any instructions how I can request such an update in the Orbit wiki or similar resources. Since I'm not a committer I'm also not able to do it by myself. I also wrote to the mailing list (orbit-dev) but nobody responds.

Someone here who could do it? I would also do it by myself if I had the access/permissions to do it (https://www.eclipse.org/membership/become_a_member/committer.php states that the forum is the place to contact committers).

Thanks in advance for your help!
