I obtained some sample code to perform an ABN lookup in the Australian business environment. It contains a method invocation for XMLUtils.getNode, but no JAR file I can find contains this method. I searched for XMLUtils with "https://jar-download.com/?search_box=XMLUtils". Is this something obscure or barely supported?

This question isn't Eclipse related. Likely in the sample, XMLUtils is imported so you'd then know the fully qualified (package qualified) name of the class and could Google for that.
