Configure Eclipse with SAP Cloud Platform Tools for Java [message #1819551]

I want complete to Configure Eclipse with SAP Cloud Platform Tools for Java.

I have downloaded [SAP Cloud Platform Tools],So I think I could be allowed to select Java Web following the steps below.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Window > Preferences > Server > Runtime Environment. > Click the Add... button to open the New Server Runtime dialog.
Select SAP > Java Web as the Server Runtime Environment and click Next.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please refer to the pictures I uploaded, I don't have the option [JAVA WEB]
