Sorry to ask again.
After updating to 2019-12 I cannot find WHERE to set console wrap lines SYSTEM WIDE.

Windows ->Preferences->General ????

SOLVED
The option is in very logical place - workspace options
C++ -> Build -> Console
must work only in C++, not tested.
