Eclipse won't install. pls help [message #1819237]

Hey I need help. I wanted to install Eclipse on my Mac but the Installer always cancels the Installation with an Error. I have no Idea what's the Problem and how to fix it. Can you please help?
I already installed latest Java Version : build 13.0.1+9.

From the log, it looks like this file is corrupt: java.util.zip.ZipException: Exception in opening zip file: /Users/lukas/.p2/pool/plugins/org.apache.commons.lang3_3.1.0.v201403281430.jar Perhaps it was downloaded from some mirror with a corrupted version of that jar. What happens if you delete this file?

Better than deleting it would be to use the installer's menu (upper right corner) Bundle Pools... and then use Analyze Agent... which will check the pool for corrupted artifacts and allow you to repair them.

Hey,

sorry for my late answer. It worked I Checked my archives and had 5 corrupted files. Deleted them and now everything is working fine. Thank you very much.

Thanks for the update. :-) It's good to know that the artifacts could be fixed, but annoying that they somehow ended up being downloaded in the broken state in the first place. :-(
