Pkg-config support for Eclipse CDT [message #1818633]

When I try to install Pkg-config by dragging to the Eclipse workspace, I get the following error message:
The following solutions are not compatible with this version of Eclipse .

The eclipse version used here is 2019-09 R (4.13.0), build id 20190917-1200

Self explanatory. Latest Eclipse version listed for the plugin is Oxygen (4.7)
Try asking at the following for newer versions:
mailing list: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/pkg-config-support-for-eclipse-cdt
or github: https://github.com/TuononenP/pkg-config-support-for-eclipse-cdt

The latest update at the mailing list is almost 2 years old.
Maybe it's no longer maintained.
