Hi,

Your question has nothing to do with Ecore Tools (that I can tell), does not contain enough information to help you, and looks suspiciously like you asking for someone else to do your homework. The image you attached (including the exact file name) can for example be found at http://www.programsformca.com/2012/03/state-diagram-for-telephone-line.html which indicates this is part of "questions of UML which were asked in University Exams.".

This is not an acceptable use of these forums.
