Hi All,
Thank you for reading my post!
I am fairly new to BIRT and am stuck at this point .
I have a requirement to perform a mail merge. The data sent is a list of employee with their company and compensation details. Letter for an employee should start on the next page. A letter may span multiple pages based on the content of the letter and employees situation. ( this is based on other fields)
The object is to generate a letter with static text and dynamic text. aka Mail merge.
So far so good. The birt I built does produce the letters in pdf as expected.
There is a requirement to use a different logo and accompanying text based on the company. There are only 2 companys. If an employee has a 2 page letter, the header and the footer must appear on both pages
I have created a grid with 2 rows in the header with different embedded logos.
I am trying to hide the row based on the company. However, it is not working as epected.
I am sure there is a solution for this. But its escaping me.
Can you please help?
