Unable to launch Eclipse debugger under Windows 10 - Cygwin [message #1816902]

Eclipse User

I am able to compile Hello World program c++ application using cygwin gcc compiler and able to run the program. But unable to launch the application using debugger configuration - Local C/C++ application. Cygwin installed gdb works from command line.

Is there any packages required to be installed as part of Cygwin Setup ?
