And again I am stuck.

I have a problem with my problem settings: I store persistant properties
into .mosilab.xml in the project folder.
Needless to say, that I want the properties to be written before a
project is closed, but on PRE_CLOSE the write routine throws an
exception telling me that the resource tree would be locked. Is there
anything I can do about this?
