Eclipse CDT extension for Oracle Pro*C [message #1816030]

Hi,

I work in C and use ProC in my code but this is not native to CDT and is considered a syntax error by the parser.

buntatsu here created a plugin to support ProC in Eclipse and sungongpeng patched it for Eclipse 2019-06

Any chance this could be included in CDT so that it works with the latest version ?
What is the normal process for this ?
