Failed to execute MI command [message #1815340]

I am new to eclipse and working on lpc1769 controller and using segger EDU for debugging. I am able to build the code in eclipse with ARM toolchain but not able to debug the code. I referred the github site #create-the-debugger-launch-configuration to set up debug configurations. When I debug i get "WARNING: Failed to read memory @ address 0x2000FF80" in console window.Also one window pops u and says "Failed to execute MI command" Can anyone tell me why am i getting this error? And whats the solution? please let me know. Thanks.
