Hi all,

now that 1.6.0 is released, I would like to make some general updates. This is for example to finally update to Java 8 and so on.

One topic with regards to this is that I would like to update the license from EPL v1 to EPL v2. As I plan a big change in the base anyhow (don't worry, I won't break typical usage and will inform about every change accordingly) I think the time to update the license to EPL v2 is good.

The update should not affect anybody in a negative sense.

Are there any concerns about this? If not I will perform the update in the next weeks.
