Does the Eclipse Team use html files as the starting point for Help jars,
as opposed to XML?

I found the source of the Help contained in org.eclipse.platform.doc.user
at http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.platfor m.doc.user.
Our Tech Pubs group thinks there might be precursor XML files for these
with DIDA content. Do these exist, and if so where?
