hi community

I got a problem, when generating pdf or docx reports.

When the last row of TEXT at the end of one page and the row has a linefeed, the page will automaticly break before the row, resulting in almost blank pages with only one row of text.
This kind of problem also happened in Gird and Table.

I found a similar problem in forums, and I tried the methed, but can not solve the problem.

I upload the .rptdesign file and the result of pdf and docx.
Is there any methed to solve the problem?My birt is 4.4.
